Important Information

General Terms And Conditions For All Group Booking Activities.

All bookings made without a deposit are provisional until a deposit is received, and will be cancelled if no deposit received seven days prior to the booking date.

Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing or by phone 0114 276 0044 or fax 0114 276 0413

To qualify for group discounts there must be a minimum number of 10 paying people, if less than 10, attend on me day you will still need to pay for 10 people.

Bookings are taken on the understanding that as much notice as possible is given for cancellation of any session. Deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is non-refundable once received.

We recommend you arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to the booked time.

On arrival please check your party in at reception where you will be told the names of your supervisors and where to meet them.

All under 16’ s wishing to use the slopes on a recreational basis i.e. not booked into a party must be accompanied/ supervised by a parent/guardian who must sign a consent form.

All parties will run along the same formats as shown in the prices and courses brochure.

Please remember that everyone using me slopes, ski, snowboard, tobogganing or snowtubing, must have their arms and legs covered and must wear a pair of gloves. The Ski Village is open whatever weather so please ensure that all persons are dressed appropriately, weather conditions as we are an outdoor center. Also whilst on the slopes the children may get wet so a change of clothes is a good idea.

All bookings remain provisional until a deposit or official order has been received, unless Credit/invoice arrangements are a available, subject to advance applicanon and approval. Deposits are Non refundable. All provisional bookings will be cancelled if no deposit is received seven days prior to the booking date.

Should the original group number alter at any time, please inform group bookings so at Amendments can be made accordingly. A m1nimum of 7 days notificanon period is required for any Change or cancel non other wise full payment will be charged for the last group numbers quoted.

Sheffield ski village reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, such changes have immediate effect.

Toboggan and snowtube groups.

1 supervisor is allocated to every 12 children tobogganing/snowtubing.

The price for snowtubing and tobogganing is set and is not altered by the number of consecutive visits.

Please be aware changes in numbers must be received with the final payment. Changes cannot be made after the final payment has been received. However if you increase your numbers in the week prior to the booking, those children will not be entitled to the party food and if these numbers exceed the maximum numbers above then they are not permitted to enter the party rooms. All payments are non refundable.

The Sheffield Ski Village reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time such changes have immediate effect.
