SHEFFIELD SKIERS PROVE THEIR WORTH AT EUROPEAN OPEN
Sheffield Skiers James Machon, Peter Speight, Joe Hides, James Woods, Becky Hammond and Katie Summerhayes competed in the European open in Laxx providing some excellent results.
Unfortunately both the Halfpipe and Slopestyle finals were cancelled due to bad weather.
Katie Summerhayes and James Woods (Woodsy) were in the Slopestyle final (Katie qualified third) and were asked to ski in a Rail Jam instead of the original competition.
Katie (age 14) came an amazing 2nd and James 4th. A great result for both young Sheffield skiers.
