Bowling Alley

We are pleased to announce that plans for the Ski Village have now come to fruition and diggers are currently on site clearing land to make way for an extension and state of the art 8 lane bowling alley which will be an addition to the bar area. The full sized lanes are being built with modern switch technology and promise to rival any other bowling facilities in the area. The new complex will also encompass an inclement weather children’s play area with a viewing balcony from the White Rock bar.

The aim of the development is to enhance the centres facilities for family entertainment and provide an indoor area for families during the winter. The new amenities will be an addition to the outdoor children’s adventure play area, toboggan run, cafe, bar and slopes and will add more variety for children’s parties.

We must stress that the Ski Village is still open as usual and most of the work is external and does not affect the bar, slope or Adventure Play area.

The bowling alley will be open by Christmas 2008 and the indoor play area will follow shortly afterwards.

In the mean time we are looking forward to the summer with live music in the bar for the adults and parties and holiday academies for the children.
